Design thinking and innovation management coach and consultant.
Currently, the executive director of the Agile Transformation Institute at the University of Upper Austria, Austria, a trainer, consultant in innovation management, and a co-founder and board member of the youth development program Go Beyond.
Leads lectures at the University of Upper Austria and is a guest lecturer at RTU Riga Business School.
Experience is mainly related to consulting companies in innovation management, implementation of various Agile methods, and conducting design thinking training for service and production companies.
Familiar with Agile transformation process, business model development, marketing management and educational program development. Previous experience also includes the development and implementation of media campaigns. Has experience in founding Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in the field of education.
Cooperates with TRIVIUMS from 2022. Consults and conducts design thinking workshops in Latvian, English and German.
