This is A hands-on workshop series to reimagine work and life using Life Design tools. Five-part workshop series are based on methods from Stanford University and the University of St. Gallen, we combine Design Thinking, systemic coaching, and behavioral science to help participants explore what’s next in both life and work.

Design Your (Professional) Future & Life is designed to support employees at key moments in their careers — especially those who benefit from reflection, realignment, and renewed momentum. It is particularly well-suited for:

Work Format
Five online workshops (customizable for in-house delivery); one personal coaching session with a certified trainer; materials, templates, and reflection tools.
Language: English (with two trainers) or Latvian (with one trainer).
Each session builds on the last, guiding participants step by step through the Life Design process — from self-reflection to experimentation and integration.
Workshop Journey
Session 1 – Clarify Your Compass.
Get to know Life Design as a practical, human-centered approach to navigating change.
Explore your values in life and work, identify your energy patterns, and gain clarity on your strengths and motivations.
Session 2 – Small Life Design Loops: Ideas & Micro- Experiments.
Analyze your current habits and recognize what energizes or drains you.
Apply divergent and convergent thinking to generate ideas and design safe, small-scale experiments to test new routines.
Session 3 – Getting Unstuck.
Identify limiting beliefs and internal blockers.
Use insights from behavioral science — such as nudging and habit formation — to overcome procrastination and build momentum.
Session 4 – Big Life Design Loops: Prototyping Your Portfolio.
Take a step back to envision multiple future directions.
Use Odyssey Planning to create and test more ambitious personal and professional experiments — without needing to commit too soon.
Session 5 – Integration & Inner Development Goals.
Reflect on your insights and progress.
Connect your growth to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and define next steps to continue learning and evolving with intention.
