10 shades of well-being
1.5 hours
Although the concept of well-being is currently relevant and popular in society, a deeper understanding of it as the basic support of human life still lags behind. Paying attention to your personal well-being closes the door to lying to yourself first, and further in a positive dynamic gives you the opportunity to prevent your fellow human beings from lying as well. In this way, we become more valuable to each social environment in which we find ourselves - at work, in the family, in a sports team, etc.
This lecture is an interactive story about how to gain emotional freedom, how to say goodbye to doubts, low self-esteem, stress, envy, routine, old age, and how to gain maturity, daily satisfaction, full and meaningful work and private life.
