Consciousness (in English - mindfulness) is an active, open and non-judgmental focus on the present. In a conscious state, a person is able to observe his thoughts, feelings, emotions and his current experience as if from the outside, without judging or judging.
Mindfulness practice helps reduce anxiety, overcome insomnia, improve concentration and memory, deal more effectively with negative thoughts and emotions, and reduce impulsive behavior.
In this lecture, we will talk about what awareness is, what benefits it can bring, how to promote it in your life, and what are the consequences of unconsciousness and how to prevent them. Of course, let's practice by doing mindfulness exercises.
