Remote communication has many advantages – we can get more done without wasting time on the road, and we can understand and convey information to a larger number of people at the same time. However, such communication also has many risks and challenges.


Can and how can we manage employees remotely as effectively as in person?


In this practical training – about the challenges of managing remote employees and how to overcome them:

    1. How to overcome team isolation and maintain team spirit?

    2. How to build trust and clarity?

    3. How to balance control and empathy?

    4. How to engage the team in creativity?

    5. How to help achieve goals: developing competencies, providing feedback and celebrating success in remote work.
