Although the concept of well-being is currently relevant and popular in society, a deeper understanding of it as the foundation of human life is still lagging.


Paying attention to personal well-being closes the door to lying, first to oneself, and then, in a positive dynamic, allows us to discourage our fellow human beings from doing so. In this way, we become more valuable to every social environment we find ourselves in – at work, in the family, on a sports team, etc.


This seminar is about how to gain emotional freedom, how to say goodbye to doubts, low self-esteem, stress, envy, routine, age, and how to acquire maturity, daily satisfaction, a fulfilled and meaningful work and private life.


During the seminar, several unique aspects in the context of well-being will be covered with insight into the directions of philosophy, medicine, psychology and psychotherapy.

    2. Benefits and losses - what impact does self-care have on ourselves and others.

  2. Subjective well-being:

    1. Personal flourishing as the destination of emotional freedom;

    2. Depression, burnout, dystonia - timely recognition and treatment of symptoms.

  3. Social well-being:

    1. Social engagement – ​​types of communication and their (non) value;

    2. Sense of belonging and the role of philosophy in it;

    3. Positive relationships and satisfaction or what is happening around me.

  4. Psychological well-being:

    1. Meaning and values ​​– how individual values ​​are formed;

    2. Goals, growth, autonomy – brain hygiene;

    3. Self-acceptance – the role of character and more.

  5. Self-assessment:

    1. Creating an individual growth map;

    2. Mental health survey – test.

  6. Conclusion – mutual feedback.
