DiSC is the leading personal behavioral style assessment tool, used by more than 1 million people each year to improve work productivity, team collaboration, and communication.


The DiSC method allows you to see and understand differences in human behavior without judgment and evaluation of what is good and what is bad. It helps you better understand yourself and adjust your behavior in communication with others - in sales, management,t and team cooperation.

Using the DiSC behavioral style determination method, understand yourself and your teammates, and increase personal and team effectiveness and cooperation.

Working method

Before the training, participants are asked to fill out an electronic questionnaire, answering questions that provide detailed information about their personality and behavior.


During the training: mini-lectures, examples, discussions, exchange of experiences, work with participants' DiSC profiles, situation analysis, individual and group practical tasks, and elements of business games.


After the training: summary of the team's DiSC profile.
