Remote customer consulting

Remote communication with a client has its advantages, but also many challenges. When we meet with a client in person, at our workplace, we almost completely control the situation, we operate on our own time and by our own rules. On the other hand, when communication with a client takes place remotely, our control options are much smaller. It happens that the client sees us, but wants to remain invisible, various technical glitches and hitches occur, and it is not always clear what caused the problem, and the like.


This training is about how not to get confused and make the most of technical opportunities, focusing on the main thing - a convincing, professional and productive conversation with the client.

2. How to feel convincing and make an impression? Mini-lecture, discussion, individual practical exercises.

3. How to plan and prepare for a remote conversation with a client? Technical and content-related preparations. Mini-lecture with practical examples, discussion.

4. Consultation conversation training in small groups. Experience analysis, summary.


Day 2:


1. Problem situations in remote communication. How to solve it? Different scenariosDiscussion, case analysis, summary.

Summary. Conclusion. Tips and recommendations.
