Recently, we have been talking more and more about the Agile approach to managing processes, teams and organizations. The understanding of it is very diverse, from “it is complete chaos” to “Agile is the most effective and productive approach in today's business environment”.


What exactly is Agile? Is it a theory, philosophy or a practical method that brings real improvements? When and how to apply it? Is it suitable for every company and organization? Are there risks in its implementation and what are they?
