Public speaking masterclass

We invite you to attend a master class that will help you better prepare for public speaking and performance! During the master class - about how to create strong energy and body language, logically structure the text and use your voice and other psychophysical resources so that your speech is clear, understandable and convincing to any audience.

To develop the skill of creating a free, engaging and convincing public speech.

Working method

Small lectures, many practical exercises and tasks. The course is supplemented with video recordings and practical classes in a radio studio, which will allow you to assess your skills and make improvements in the learning process.

Program

Day I


1. Assessment of the participants' presentation skills.

2. Overall energetics of the body. Its expression in gestures, mimicry and speech.

3. Awareness of one's own voice. Sound formation. Correct breathing, timbre, full use of resonators, correct articulation.

4. Text content:

  • logical emphasis, sentence core;

  • “hung”, “stuck”, interconnected concepts;

  • word groups, speech measures, contrasts, subtexts;

  • speech melody, phrases, rhythm.


Day II


1. Speech articulation.

2. Public thinking, the ability to improvise, visualize and think in pictures.

3. How to evaluate questions and form answers.

4. Speech vividness:

  • repetition, enumeration, example;

  • aphorism, paradox;

  • comparison.

5. How to deal with stress?


III day

1. Recording in the radio studio.

2. Analysis of the radio studio recording.

3. Perception of information. Choice of words, taking into account the psychological type of the interlocutor.

4. Conclusion. Summary and feedback. Practical tips and recommendations.
