Every person can influence their effectiveness if they consciously and carefully manage their personal resources – time and emotions. The ability to fully use their potential and resources gives us many opportunities both professionally and privately. You can get more done, you can focus on the most important things and at the same time maintain peace and a positive mood.


This practical training – about what are the approaches to planning time and tasks, how to overcome unproductive use of time, how to successfully create a daily plan and what is necessary to maintain focus and energy when working remotely. Let's talk about identifying and managing emotions because it is our emotional background that affects whether we can be productive in our decisions and actions.

Day 1

Devoted to learning and practical training of planning approaches used in everyday work.

  • The importance of planning in human productivity and work results.

  • Life and work. What is more important? Divide or combine?

  • Time thieves in our lives.

  • The simplest way to plan - a list.

  • Prioritization. Priority matrix ABC approach.

  • Main principles of operational efficiency. Rule 20/80.

  • Efficiency remotely - specifics in organizing work.


Day 2

Devoted to strengthening the motivation and stress resistance of participants, which can give a greater effect and desire to use the given tools in life, as well as gain greater satisfaction from work.

  • Stress at work. The concept of stress and psycho-physiological mechanism.

  • Human behavior in critical, stressful situations.

  • Methods of stress management and prevention.

  • Emotions at work - what do I feel and what do I want to feel?

  • How does the human brain work in emotionally stressful situations? How can you influence your emotional state?

  • The importance of self-esteem in stress prevention. Strengthening objective self-esteem.

  • Methods for increasing positive emotions.
