Learning Organization
As the world changes at an ever-increasing pace, companies that want to be competitive must constantly evolve. This also applies to people - one of the priority competencies of the 21st century is the ability to learn. What does this mean?
Technological development, competition and the entry of a new generation into the labor market mean that the validity period of knowledge and skills is becoming increasingly shorter. Learning goes beyond classrooms and certain time limits. Responsibility for the learning process itself is changing. If in the past the teacher or lecturer was at the center of learning, now the person who is learning, his proactivity, motivation and openness are of decisive importance. This is a completely new way of thinking and a paradigm shift.
How to strengthen the readiness of your organization for today's challenges? How to create an organization in which learning is part of everyday life and culture? How to make learning as meaningful as possible? How to assess the return on learning and build a system that has a real impact on performance?
During the course, participants will:
challenge their ideas about teaching and learning;
will assess the knowledge and skills that are critically needed for their organization;
will learn ways to “stick” new employees to learning and motivate long-term employees to develop;
