When we are in very intense circumstances that we cannot control and define ourselves, we still have a zone of our control - what happens inside of us. If we understand what stress is and how to prevent it from escalating into injury (and what to do if we are injured), it is easier for us to maintain control over what is happening inside of us.
Our thoughts and our body response shape our emotions.
 
Emotions - what to do when they overwhelm?
We will talk about what can and should be done when there are a lot of emotions, and what actions lead to a decrease in emotional stress. If each member of the organization regulates their own emotions, working together will be much easier and more enjoyable. Each of us can do much regarding own thoughts, bodily reactions and emotions.
