Learning Organization

With the increasing pace in which the world is changing, companies that wish to be competitive must be in a constant state of change. This also applies to people - one of the most important 21st century competencies is the skill to learn. What does this really mean?

Technological development, competition and the entry of a new generation into the labour market mean that the use-by-date for knowledge and skills is becoming increasingly shorter. Learning is moving away from the classroom and set times. The responsibility for the learning process itself is changing. If a teacher or lecturer was previously at the centre of learning, today the learner themselves, their proactivity, motivation and openness has decisive importance. It is a completely new way of thinking and a change in paradigm.

How can one strengthen one's organization’s readiness for today's challenges? How can one create an organization in which learning is a part of everyday life and culture? How can learning be made meaningful to the maximum extent? How can one evaluate the result of learning and build a system which provides real impact and performance?

We invite managers and personnel managers, those who are responsible for the development of the organization and the team, to find the answers to these questions together at the Learning Organization course!

During the course, participants will:

  • challenge their preconceptions about teaching and learning;
  • evaluate the critical knowledge and skills required by their organization;
  • find out ways in which they can infect new employees with learning and motivate long-term employees towards self-development;
  • receive practical tools and suggestions for diversifying teaching methods and the process;
  • obtain modern instruments for analysing employee performance and mistakes.

Special attention will be focused on mistakes as a valuable organizational resource, imitating work situations for the development of skills, as well as on opportunities to learn from other sectors.
